The 1991 color of "Pearl Effect Paint" was apparently renamed to "Pearl Grey Metallic" for 1992 & 1993 since the paint codes are the same for both colors. Either that, or there is a typo on the microfiche.
Also, for the most part the 2nd color code digit signifies the basic color. For instance, 1 = yellows, 3 = reds, 4 = blacks, 5 = blues, 6 = greens, and 7 = grays. There are some exceptions however. Thanks to Bob Rossato for collecting this information! Note that not all colors listed here made it to North America.
