Looking for VR6

Hello,

I have a 92 VR6 I'm getting ready to sell. I was going to list it at $4000. HOWEVER, it is a project car. I'm the second owner. Purchased in 95 or so. It has been sitting for 7 years. I just dropped the tank, cleaned it and put in a new fuel pump and filter. I have been trying to start it but no luck so far. Before listing I want it running. Body is solid i.e. no rust but needs an entire paint job. Interior needs replacing as it has "dry rotted" to some degree. Engine has either 104 or 109K on it. Ran fine 7 years ago so it is not expected to be a major item. Car is in Georgia.

Is it turning over?
Is gas getting to the injectors?

So far it does nothing when I turn the key. The starter does not engage. I am going to start checking the relays next and maybe voltage to the starter.
