I just did an oil change yesterday no big deal but then my car wouldn't start back up it sputtered then died so I checked my cap and rotor and saw that they where pretty worn out so I replaced them and the car fired up and ran great with no problems. Then this morning on my way to work it died again after about three miles so i checked the spark plug wires and they where all good and I tried starting it again and it fired up and ran like normal for about thirty feet and died again. It turns over and sputters but won't start. I've checked the plugs to and they look pretty clean no moisture on them so I'm out of ideas.

Sounds like an electrical problem for sure. It won't start at all now? That's good, easier to diagnose...

Have you checked that you're getting a spark when the engine is turning over? Start with the basics.
