I recently changed all my coolant hoses on my 188,000+ 90 g60. Most of the black hoses and o-rings I got from German Auto Parts on line. All suppliers were out of the hose from the coolant sensors connection to the oil cooler. BBM out of Bend, Oregon ordered one from Europe. Should also change all of the fittings while you are doing it. BBM also has Sampo hoses which are better and may cost less as a set. Hope this helps.

I appreciate the reply. BBM has been great at meeting my needs in the g-charger and hoses/belts/idler pulleys . This project has been a challenge due to the rarity of parts.

thanks again,
Stan

Well, at least a lot of the parts are shared with Jetta/Golf/etc it could be worse.

But those Corrado specific parts are going to get harder and harder to find.

Got to remember to lube those damn door handles so they don't break!

Yeah, the door handles are Corrado specific, and a definite weak point. One of the pot metal mechanisms will eventually snap.
Although it looks like people have started to sell kits on eBay to repair them, so that's good...

I used a hose fitting place, most hoses can be bought and will fit but the bigger ones need to be custom cut to fit. In my experience.

I replaced mine ('93 SLC) with the SAMCO black hose set. But I had a bad experience with an aftermarket thermostat housing from ECS or German Auto Parts that leaked.

My shop replaced it at my cost. That is why they insist on only using original $$$ parts.
